About Meagan

Meagan M. Stewart, 22, of Casler Road, passed away unexpectedly on

March 23, 2022 at her home.

Meagan was born on April 26, 1999 in Little Falls, a daughter of Matthew and Tracy (Minter) Stewart. She graduated from West Canada Valley Central School in the class of 2017. She recently spent her days helping watch her nephew Liam Jones, bringing her much joy as he hit new milestones. She also spent time with her other nephew Levi Stewart as much as she could, making her the favorite aunt.

Meagan had a way to make everyone laugh, no matter the circumstances. She would enter the room and steal the show with either random babbling or a “funny face”. She had a free spirit and beautiful soul. Meag was a once in a life time person and that was something you could tell from the first time you met her.

Meagan’s laughter was like no other, infectious and overpowering. She was a big believer in helping others. Meagan cared more about others, than herself. She always wanted to make sure everyone was happy, and if she cared about you, you knew she was always there for you day or night, no matter the time.

Beyond that, she was a big supporter of organ donating. She was also passionate about saving the bees. So if you could, follow Meagan’s wishes and don't mow in May. By not mowing, you save the bees and create more flowers, which Meagan also had a love for.

Whether it was clothing, crafts, or anything else, she would have to add her own unique touch. Meagan enjoyed chasing waterfalls and following sunsets. She also enjoyed reading, journaling, spending time with friends, long-boarding, and most of all being with family.

Meagan made an impact on every person she met. She found beauty in places others didn’t look, and had a way of sharing it with others. She had a passion for traveling and had one day wished to travel the world; little did she know she was the world to so many people.

If nothing else was going on, she would bust out dancing with moves you have seen before, unlike any other. She was just one of a kind. Her style was unique and sometimes thrifted from her siblings closets, but she could pull it off like they never could.

She will forever live on through the flowers, through the bees, through every sunset and sunrise, through every drink shotgunned, and through every hug shared by her loved ones.
